**Job Title: Project Communication Officer**

**Role and Responsibilities**:

- On a daily basis the Communications Officer will work closely with project and programme delivery teams within IT Services as part of the business change work stream
- Maintain strong working relationships across all departments
- Work with all levels of leadership in developing the organizational infrastructure
- Collaborate with management to develop and implement an effective communications strategy
- Demonstrable ability to assimilate complex information and ideas quickly and make them accessible to a wider audience through a variety of communications channels

**Requirements**:

- At least 3+ years of relevant professional experience
- Excellent IT skills
- Experience of delivering communications for IT projects affecting a large user base
- Oversee the project Communications strategy and activities related to project outreach
- Drive, enthusiasm and commitment to get involved in all aspects of IT Services projects and IT Services communications
- Collect content for weekly, monthly and quarterly status reports
- Ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines
