NUGGIES is a Fried Chicken Fast Food Business that operates as a food truck and now a shop is in the works.

NUGGIES, is on the lookout for an experienced Shop/Food Truck manager to start immediately. You will become part of an exciting team at NUGGIES with a great culture.

The Shop will be operating Thursday-Sunday & the Trucks will generally operate every weekend.

The job would allow you to interchange between working at the shop or working in the truck which would give you the chance to be apart of some really cool festivals and events that we do.

You must be passionate about great food, and consistently delivering great customer service.

The successful applicants will have experience rostering, ordering, have awesome customer service skills, have experience with Frying, be able to meet targets (wages, purchases & sales) and be able to lead from the front. You must be able to create a warm, friendly customer focused environment that keeps our customers coming back. You must also have demonstrable experience in managing systems & procedures for the smooth & efficient running of the business.

Minimum 2 years experience in a similar role will be required.

Applicant must also possess the following;
- Strong customer service skills
- Team player
- Previous fast food experience
- Open to change and adapting to new principles
- Ability to work in a high pressure, fast paced environment
- Be reliable, punctual, productive
- Maintain a clean environment at all times
- Extremely well presented
- Have great attention to detail with a can-do attitude
- Impeccable communication skills

We offer great working conditions with hours that suit a work life balance, especially for those with a family and want our workplace to be fun for customers and crew alike.

This is a full time position with a salary of $65,000 - 75,000

Pay: $60-70 k per year
