We are looking for a passionate and loyal practice manager, who is able to think on their feet, be innovative, and think outside the square.

We are not a typical practice, as we provide a service that prides itself on excellent customer service and clinical care.

The Clinic is private billing and services a lot of different procedures.

Our Practice Manager will have some experience; however we are mostly interested in someone who understands customer service, has exquisite attention to detail, is confident to take a leadership role and motivate his/her staff to excel in their role.

**The Practice Manager will be involved in**:
The Practice Manager is the first point of contact for all staff, and is responsible for the daily operations of the clinic which includes, but is not limited to;
- Management of reception, nursing and GP staff
- Management of rosters and leave for all employees and independent doctors
- Liaising and working closely with Practice Manager of sister clinic
- Practice accreditation and quality improvement
- General administration including reception
- Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the practice
- Compliance with all relevant Government legislation and regulations
- Recruitment of staff including doctors and allied health practitioners, including contract negotiation with future staff personal
- Develop organisation systems, policies and procedures to maximise productivity
- Reporting to practice owner.
- Maintain and control debtors and creditors
- Knowledge of the Medicare system (Services Australia) including billing, batching, online claiming, MBS interpretation and PRODA including PIP and WIP protocols
- Create a productive, friendly, and enjoyable work environment
- Ability to build a professional relationship with doctors, administration and nursing staff, allied health practitioners, patients and third-party vendors
- Conflict resolution skills
- Bookkeeping and Payroll

**Beneficial to the role**:

- Knowledge of Medicare, DVA, TAC and Workcover
- Expertise in Best Practice, Automed, Cubiko, Xero

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

**Experience**:

- Medical practice management: 1 year (preferred)
