Vocational Services Specialist

As part of our diverse team based in **Adelaide**, you will help make a positive impact on someone's life every day. You will feel great satisfaction knowing your talent and hard work has a purpose.

This will be a **full time, 12-month max term contract **position based in the **Adelaide **office, with flexibility to work from home.

**YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Conduct a range of vocational assessments across various injured workers' portfolios;
- Support injured workers to return to new employment following injury or illness, using your influential skills and industry knowledge;
- Interact and build relationships with health professionals, specialists, employers, and internal stakeholders to drive positive outcomes
- Draw insights from available vocational assessments to provide advice on meaningful and sustainable employment pathways
- Maintain an external focus (market dynamics, emerging labour trends) to ensure internal practices evolve and advance appropriately
- Manage relationships with key Return to Work Providers to monitor performance and compliance against the appropriate fee schedule
- Contribute to continuous improvement and overrall framework success

**ABOUT YOU**
- Rehabilitation Consultant (with relevant professional membership. RCAA and/or CDAA membership);
- Current Police Clearance and Working with Children Check;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and strategic thinking abilities;
- Honesty, integrity, a good team attitude and positive approach;
- Strong local labour market knowledge;
- Effectively manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a dynamic environment
- Ability to work within a collaborative team environment with strong customer service skills
- Demonstrated experience with the implementation of organisational development frameworks, strategies, initiatives to build the capability and culture required for EML to execute on its strategic objectives.
