**Finance Transformation Lead**

**Contractor role for up to six months**

**Powerhouse Ultimo**

As the Finance Transformation Lead, you will be pivotal in reshaping essential finance processes at the Powerhouse. Your expertise will be instrumental in optimising our recently implemented SAP S/4 HANA system and facilitating the smooth adoption of our new operating model supported by a Shared Services provider.

The successful applicant will oversee the transformation of critical finance processes, including procure-to-pay, revenue, general, and asset accounting. Provide clarity to the Finance team and the broader business about key processes through thorough documentation of processes, roles, and responsibilities. Lead organisational change management activities, ensuring effective transition and buy-in from all stakeholders. Identify pain points within existing processes and drive improvement initiatives for seamless integration across Finance, HR, Business Units, and Shared Services. Collaborate with various stakeholders, suppliers and customers to enhance efficiency and service delivery.

**NOTE**:Powerhouse is an on-site agency, and staff may be required to support teams across all Powerhouse sites, including Parramatta, Castle Hill, Sydney Observatory, and Ultimo.
