Talent Acquisition Specialist

Award-winning technology organisation working within a high-end client space is seeking a permanent Talent Acquisition Consultant. This is a hands-on role, and you will be responsible for the day-to-day recruitment process across all departments and responsible for recruiting at all levels.
As part of a global company with a parent company based in the US, globally. The region - APAC- comprises sites across Australia, New Zealand, Fiji and South East Asia and you will support each of these. You will be part of the HR team where you will also be involved in performance reviews, wellness initiatives, learning & development and other strategic projects that we are working on.
**Responsibilities will include**:
- Build and maintain a high-quality talent pool
- Assist with monthly recruitment reporting
- Manage the recruitment of a variety of roles within the business
- Other ad-hoc recruitment activities
- Develop referral networks
**Skills and Experience**
Ideally you will have 2 + years’ experience within either internal or agency recruitment and demonstrated expertise managing the end-end recruitment process. Your ability to build relationships within all levels of an organisation and drive and urgency to deliver business results is essential.
- **What you bring**_
- Experience as a Recruitment Consultant in an end to end role including high volume recruitment experience.
- A natural planner/organiser who takes a proactive approach to all tasks.
- Able to manage multiple priorities and willing to go above and beyond to value add
- A good communicator, able to engage with various stakeholders.
- Team player with the ability to develop and maintain effective high level working relationships across a diverse range of key internal and external stakeholders.
The organisation is based in Rydalmere and the expectation would be to be in the office two to three days per week with the other days available for flexible working. The role will be dedicated to internal recruitment however there will be a pathway into HR should you wish over an eighteen month to two year period. Full training and development is available and a supportive working culture.
**Salary**: $80,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
