**About this opportunity**
As the FP&A Leader you will partner with the business across sales, project delivery and service management to ensure that all relevant information is captured and reflected in plan and forecasts.
The role will involve:
- **Financial Planning/Business Strategies**:
- Lead the annual budget, forecasts, monthly outlooks and long-term strategic planning processes on the P&L and cashflow.
- **Analytics to Drive/Influence Decisions**:
- Responsible for establishing/publishing of regular financial reporting which highlights key business trends to support decisions on growth, investments, sourcing, and cost optimization.
- **Stakeholder Management **- ensure open communication and proactive stakeholder management with Pacific Leadership executives, Pacific Finance, Southern Asia & Pacific Regional (SA&P) Finance team, and relevant APAC Finance functions.
- **Team Management **- coach and mentor a small team based in ANZ and our Pune Business Centre.
- **Process Improvements**:
- In depth review of current in country/region processes to identify gaps and provide related recommendations/enhancements.
- **Transformation Initiatives **- maintain and improve the framework on ensuring alignment between Transformation outcomes and how translates to the P&L.
- **Mergers & Acquisitions **- support on mergers, acquisitions, divestment transactions relating to commercial/finance due diligence, synergies, and/or integration.
- **Special Projects**:
- Ad-hoc projects based on management needs.
**What we are looking for**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is a must.
- Minimum of 8 to 10 years of FP&A experience with increasing level of responsibilities within a multi-national company.
- Possess advanced analytical and objective critical thinking skills with the ability to effectively balance financial and operational needs in order to deliver timely and appropriate solutions to complex business issues.
- Ability to challenging key stakeholders in the appropriate way.
- Ability to develop/review/enhance business model/processes and track progress/realizations accordingly.
- Strong business partnering/interpersonal skills and the ability to lead and work within a multi-discipline team with shared purposes.
- A high degree of proactivity, creativity and latitude is expected.
- Willingness to take on new challenges.
- Previous experience working with offshore functions and/or different cultures (preferred).
