Osawa Enterprises is the most leading Japanese/Australian Wagyu beef wholesaler in Sydney. We are totally Japanese standard quality and consistancy, and accurate Japanese standard for hospitality, wholesale, grocery, and E-commerce.

We are now seeking A safety-conscious Asian meat bandsaw operator to cut Chinese/Korean and Japanese standard of bone-in meat.

Key responsibilities

Operate meat bandsaw to meet all our customer's reuests accurately.

Cut beef, pork (if you are issue with handing PORK, please do not apply)

Follow all sefety and hygience procedures to ensure a clean and hazard-free work enviuornment.

Work as part of a fast-paced production must meet daily target by 9am.

Adhere to food standards and company policies.

Skills and Experiences

Previos exerience using meat bandsaw or working in a meat processing facility is preferred.

Understanding of workplace health and safety

Ability to work in cold environmnet(processing room)

Pysically fit and able to handle repetitive tasks and heavy lifting.

Pay: From $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week
