Osawa Enterprises is the most leading and long established Japanese meat wholesaler in Sydney. We are recruiting a few highly motivated and someone capable of working high-paced work environment. We ill provide enough time of training period for you to feel comfortable to stay here for a long period of time as a team.

Meat processing worker's job involves setting machines, preparing meat for slicing, fully understand all different cuts and grades, also helping other section to finish everyday orders without delay. Also require all cutting skills to prepare for all restaurant orders in the morning.

1)Preparing meat: some physical job involved for slicing and cutting.

2)Processing: operating machines, packing meat and sorting out for each orders.

3)Cutting meat: take care of all major restaurant orders to suit thier reuirements.

3)Follow food safety and work safety rules: who understand these, we priotize to hire first.

Skills and ualifications

Physical stamina and attitude for repetitive tasks and standing for long periods in cold environment.

Knowledge on different cuts of meat, food safety, and hygiene standards(HACCP).

Skills on using knife to support other sections.

Accountability: show up on time in the morning.

Teamwork and communication skills for coordinating with other workers.

HANDLING PORK: if any reasons, you can not tough and handle it. please do not apply.

WORKING HOURS: 5am to 12pm(we can be flexible for this part) from Monday to Friday.

Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
