Asian Meat Processing Worker

Join our team Osawa Enterprises, A leading wagyu beef supplier in Sydney. we are sole Japanese wagyu beef wholesaler and huge number of online customers in Sydney. We specialize in producing and processing high-quality wagyu meats tailored for Asian cuisine. As part of our expansion, we are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented Asian individuals with a passion for wagyu and a commitment to quality.
**Position Summary**
**Key Responsibilities**
Prepare and process a variety of meats (Focusing on HAND-CUTTING wagyu) according to Japanese/Korean styles and specifications.
Perform cutting by hand trimming, slicing, packaging in a style of being Japanese as our company standards.
Maintain strict hygiene and safety protoc.
Inspect meat quality and ensure products meet regulatory and company standards.
Always follow and match our Quality control/assuarance leader standards.
Weigh, package, and label products accurately.
Assist with cleaning and maintaining processing equipment and workspaces.
**Requirements**:
Experience in meat processing or food preparation(restaurants ok), particularly in Asian cuisine, is highly preferred.
Ability towork in a temperature-controlled environment.
Knowledge of safety food handling practices and health regulations.
Physical stamina for standing, lifting, and repetitive tasks.
Team player with strong communication skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Pay: $29.00 - $35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 38 per week
