**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Provide administrative support to the Swim School and Facility teams.
- Supporting the smooth running of all swim school and aquatic activities.
- Play a key role in creating a welcoming environment for all customers.
- Helping ensure the facility is safe, well-organised, and running efficiently.
- Assist with coordinating events, programs, and special activities, supporting the smooth flow of all operations.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong administration and organisational skills.
- A friendly and proactive approach to customer service.
- The ability to work in both an administrative and poolside environment.
- Great problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
- A passion for aquatics - previous experience in a swim school or facility is a bonus
