**The Role**

As a Day Program Support Officer, you’ll be at the heart of delivering vibrant centre-based activities for clients in the Commonwealth Home Support Program, Home Care Packages, NDIS, and other related programs. Reporting to both the Day Program Coordinator and the Mid North Leisure & Lifestyle Programs Coordinator, you’ll be an integral member of the Healthy Ageing Team. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, their families, carers, and representatives, as well as engage with other members of the Multidisciplinary Team. Join us and make a tangible impact while working in a dynamic and supportive environment
- Must have completed an AQF Certificate relevant to Aged Care._
