**Overview**

We are seeking a dynamic Sunrise Training Support Officer to drive the successful adoption and utilisation of Sunrise throughout the Yorke and Northern Local Health Network.

Reporting to the Workforce Safety, Systems and Security Manager, you will contribute to the coordination and delivery of ongoing learning activities that align with the strategic objectives of the implementation of Sunrise. Through maintaining registers, coordinating workshops, tracking milestones, and providing reports, you will play a key role in empowering healthcare professionals to leverage technology for optimal patient outcomes.

**About You**

The successful applicant must have;
- a high level of interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- the ability to handle high volumes of work, set priorities and meet timelines.
- demonstrated ability in handling sensitive and confidential matters.
- the ability to work independently and as a member of the Sunrise Education team to achieve agreed objectives.
- experience in the preparation of reports, briefings, and general correspondence.
- experience in establishing, maintaining, and reviewing systems, practices, policies and procedures.
- proven experience in undertaking research activities.
- experience in administrative project management.
- experience in the manipulation of computing software such as Microsoft Office Suite to produce high quality documents and presentation materials.

Previous experience in the operation of Sunrise EMR and PAS databases is desirable.
