**Responsibilities**:

We're seeking a dedicated training professional to lead the delivery of Macmahon’s Employee Development Program across our Queensland operations. This program supports employees in achieving their Certificate III in Surface Extraction Operations, with a strong focus on practical capability and statutory compliance.

**About the Role**
- Deliver training and assessments aligned with Macmahon standards and the Employee Development Program, ensuring currency and compliance with client, company, and legislative requirements.
- Ensure site training compliance with the Macmahon RTO System is maintained.
- Support site supervisors in building and maintaining Crew Trainer and Operator proficiency through structured development and ongoing performance monitoring.
- Advise and support Project Managers and Supervisors on identifying and addressing the development needs of their teams.

**About You**

To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or equivalent).
- Competent in operating various equipment with haul truck, loader and ancillary equipment as a minimum.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate confidently and effectively with Supervisors and frontline leaders.
- Proven ability to plan, prioritise, and manage tasks effectively in dynamic environments.
