_Position purpose_
- The purpose of this role is to complete end-to-end marketing activities in line with planned marketing strategy to assist in the achievement of business objectives and grow Sunnyday Carers brand.

**Market Development and Analysis**
- Give exposure to Sunnyday Carers in new regions through unique marketing strategies, establishing brand relationships with clients, support coordinators, and families
- Ensuring consistent branding across all touchpoints, and continuously refining strategies for optimal impact and reach.**Content and Social Media Management**:

- Manage the content calendar to ensure consistent and timely delivery of content across all platforms.
- Oversee and manage paid marketing campaigns to maximize reach and effectiveness.
- **Campaign Development and Execution**:

- Planning and implementing marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, broadcast) to promote products, services, or events.
- Conceptualize and oversee the production of innovative video campaigns, including managing shoots and coordinating with production teams.
- Create and manage podcasts, handle scheduling, guest coordination, and promotion to maximize reach and engagement.
- **Website Management and SEO**:

- Handle the management of the website, including regular updates and necessary changes to keep the content current and relevant.
- Implement SEO strategies to enhance website visibility and search engine ranking.
- **Google Ads Management**:

- Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, making data-driven adjustments to improve ad performance and achieve KPIs.
- Manage budget allocation, bid strategies, and keyword selection to maximize ROI.
- Qualifications _
- Bachelor’s or Equivalent
- Experience_
- Relevant commercial experience in a similar role within a similar industry required.

Pay: $53,683.84 - $129,239.23 per year
