We are looking for a Head of Guest Experience to oversee the smooth operational running of day-to-day operation, continued management of the host team, communication with both Guest Services and Events team.

**About the Opportunity**:
You will maintain excellent guests service, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish, building relationships with guests, recording and maintaining guest's profiles in the booking system with assistance of the Host team.
- Experience as a host in an a la carte restaurant is essential
- Managerial experience highly regarded
- Experience with Seven Rooms, Guest Centre, OpenTable, Table Check, ResPAK or similar
- Exemplary leadership with focus on staff development
- Exceptional service skills and guest focus
- Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships
- Organisational and time management skills
- Adaptable and able to multi-task effectively
- Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays, opening and closing shifts
- Must hold a valid RSA
