About the Opportunity We are looking for experienced Bartenders well-versed in classic cocktails, spirits and wine knowledge. Waiting experience advantageous. Skills & Experience - Minimum 1 year experience as a Cocktail Bartender in a high volume, fast-paced environment - Must have in depth cocktail and spirit knowledge - Extensive wine knowledge advantageous - Drive for beverage service - Passion for delivering outstanding service - Proactive, strong work ethic with a "can do" attitude - Outgoing personality - Exceptional attention to detail - Excellent presentation and grooming - Must be able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights - Must have RSA certificate Working with Lucas Collective At Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
