Recruitment Manager

We want you to come and help us continue to grow our amazing team, committed to the care of children through speech therapy, occupational therapy, psychology and family coaching.

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced recruitment manager who is passionate about recruiting people who share our values and maximising the employee experience.

This role is all about building relationships. This isn't a high volume recruitment role, but it is a very important role.

In this role you are given full autonomy over your day to day calendar, with the flexibility to **work from home.** Travel to our 4 clinics to attend meetings and interviews will be required form time to time - Brendale, Eight Mile Plains, Logan and Upper Coomera.

**The opportunity**

Due to the growth of the organisation we have created a new position dedicated to the recruitment process. The position is a key member of our Senior Leadership Team reporting directly to the Principal.

The role plays an important part in implementing and embedding various people initiatives, developing and championing the values, vision, and mission of who we are.

In this important role, you will:

- Build strong referral pathways internally and externally to support recruitment
- Provide input on our digital communications and marketing, to aid in the recruitment process
- Day-to-day recruitment tasks including:Develop position descriptions and job advertisements
- Organise and conduct interviews in conjunction with senior staff, reference checks and credentialing
- Reply to all internal and external recruitment-related queries
- Administration tasks to support the recruitment function

**About you**
- A passion for helping children and their families.
- 5+ years proactive recruitment experience across multiple channels.
- Exceptional communication skills - verbal and written.
- Commitment to the construction of a supportive, collaborative work environment with a passionate team who share our values.
- Self-starter, high level of emotional intelligence, able to work autonomously.
- Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks with competing priorities.
