**About the Role**:
This position will be reporting to Processing Coordinator. You will be responsible for the operation of IKAD’s Ficep Gemini. Other duties include;
- Operate CNC Plate Processing Machines.
- Load, unload and monitor steel plate.
- Monitor stock levels of consumables.
- Interpret and understand engineered drawings.
- Measure and record processed sizes, in accordance with required tolerances.
- Monitor progress against required delivery dates.
- Responsible for the maintenance of equipment and machinery in accordance with QC standards.
- Test and calibrate equipment under relevant supervision and record equipment data.
- Ensure that tools and equipment are maintained in a clean, complete, and safe condition.

**What you will bring to the Team**:

- Experience operating CNC Plate Processing machines, preferably FICEP Gemini model.
- Experience operating 5-Axis CNC pipe processing machines Ideal
- Fabrication Industry Background.
- Willing to support production targets & goals.
- Organised & thorough in all aspects of work.
- Reliable & self-motivated.
- Excellent communication skills across all levels of an organisation.
- Experience programming, nesting and drafting would be advantageous.
