**Your new opportunity**:
Our Talent Acquisition Partners are responsible for the end-to-end recruitment and selection process from developing and implementing recruitment strategies through to on-boarding new starters. Join Penske and help us build our future team as we continue to grow.

In this role you will:

- Guide and coach hiring managers in the recruitment process.
- Ensure our recruitment processes are optimised.
- Attract, identify and screen applicants through a variety of platforms.
- Manage and participate in the recruitment process.
- Utilise best practices and job posting resources to increase applicant traffic for all company positions.
- Coordinate domestic & international recruitment campaigns.
- Communicate with hiring Managers and other stakeholders regularly to quickly fill vacancies.

**About you**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource discipline or relevant experience.
- Previous recruitment experience.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive, professional attitude.
- Possess sound organisational and problem-solving skills.
- Time management skills and ability to cope with changing priorities in an effective and efficient manner.
- Capable of working without supervision and maintain confidentiality.
