We're seeking a skilled and solutions-focused **Talent Acquisition Business Partner (TABP)** to support the growth of our operations in the heavy industry sector. In this role, you'll partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to identify critical workforce needs, build robust recruitment strategies, and attract the skilled talent that keeps our business moving - from the shop floor to senior engineering and operational roles.You'll bring deep knowledge of end-to-end recruitment, market insights, and a proactive approach to sourcing high-demand talent in a challenging and competitive landscape. We're looking for a strategic and proactive Talent Acquisition Business Partner to play a key role in driving recruitment excellence across our client's organisation. In this role, you'll work closely with business leaders to understand workforce needs, design targeted hiring strategies, and deliver top-tier talent in a competitive market. You'll be more than a recruiter; you'll be a trusted advisor, bringing market insights, recruitment best practices, and a people-first mindset to every search. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with senior management to understand workforce planning and talent needs specific to the heavy industry.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled professionals in engineering, manufacturing, and related fields.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and interviewing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and hiring managers to ensure alignment on recruitment objectives.
- Utilise market insights and data analytics to inform recruitment strategies and improve talent acquisition processes.
- Lead initiatives to enhance the employer brand and promote the company as a top employer in the heavy industry sector.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor activities, and best practices in recruitment.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Senior Recruitment Partner or similar role within the heavy industry sector.
- Strong understanding of technical roles and skill requirements specific to heavy industry.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in recruitment technologies and applicant tracking systems.
- Strong analytical skills to assess recruitment metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities.
