We're looking for a detail-oriented and proactive **eCommerce Coordinator** to help drive our digital success.
As an **eCommerce Coordinator**, you’ll support the day-to-day operations of our digital trade function across **Michael Hill, Medley** and **third-party marketplaces**. Reporting to the Digital Trade Lead, you’ll play a vital role in optimising product visibility, ensuring a seamless customer experience, and executing online campaigns in line with our brand and business goals.

Website Management & Optimisation
- Update and maintain product listings, pricing, and promotional activity
- Ensure accurate categorisation, tagging, and on-site search optimisation
- Assist with campaign execution, uploading creative assets, off-site briefing, and conducting UAT and QA testing
- Monitor site health and flag issues
Marketplace Coordination
- Manage listings and updates across marketplaces, ensuring consistency with our main site
- Support promotional campaigns and resolve listing issues with marketplace partners
- Work with fulfilment and customer service to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction
Operational Support
- Collaborate with Planning, CRM, Creative, and other teams to align on launches and promotional calendars
- Assist in weekly trade reporting with actionable insights
- Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting and refining BAU processes
**What You Bring**:
- 1+ years' experience in eCommerce coordination or digital merchandising (retail experience preferred).
- Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (e.g. SFCC), marketplaces (e.g. Seller Centre), and CRO tools.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, and Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and multitasking skills.
- A collaborative spirit and clear, confident communication style.
