**About the role**

The Concierge Security Officer’s role is pivotal in the provision of Staff Id’s, Access control and Biometrics.

Primarily, this role ensures the security of buildings, facilities and equipment while promoting an awareness of security. Our team is collaborative, we value clear communication and process improvement. The team understands the importance of connection and make time to make this happen. We seek continual improvement and are active in developing a positive and inclusive working environment that respects culturally diverse backgrounds.

Our Mission and primary role is to deliver quality care to the communities we serve by providing safe, accessible and integrated health services resulting in positive experiences and outcomes. We offer paid attendance training courses including Mental Health First Aid and Safety Interventions as well as on-site refresher training for staff.

You will be trained across all areas of Concierge Security operations at Grampians Health including but not limited to: Staff identification, Access Control, Biometrics, key management and ordering and other roles as directed by the Security Manager or Security People Leader.
