Data Insights Analyst | Retail & Consumer Goods

**Your new role**

A thorough analysis of marketing results, provide insights that can be used by marketing teams in Australia and Asia region to further understand and nurture the diverse customer base.
- Provide team with insights on which knowledge of customers is enhanced and marketing activities can be further refined.
- Deliver effective marketing activities to enhance the customer journey, brand interaction, and lifetime value.
- Ownership of all quantitative and qualitative data analysis.
- Assess and turn all captured data into insights.
- Oversee the ongoing measurement, assessment, and reporting across owned, earned, and paid digital channels including, but not limited to, website, CRM, SEO and SEM.
- Assist in the continual evolution of data-driven marketing practices by providing analytical insights
- Provide guidance and support to increase data acquisition across all subsidiaries.
- Align customer segmentation to identify and execute activities to increase brand advocacy.
- Identify and propose innovative campaigns that drive brand engagement and loyalty.
- Support the development and execution of social marketing strategies that take into consideration insights captured from previous activities.
- Perform any other duties that are reasonable and required for your position and/or requested by your manager.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Degree qualified and years of experience in marketing analytics.
- Expertise in web technologies such as, but not limited to; Google Analytics, Meta, and Adobe. Experience with Adobe Commerce or Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred
- Excellent communication skills, with experience presenting insights to a broad range of stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and time-management skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesise insights from multiple data sources
- Ability to drill into data and analytically approach to solve complex problems
- Strong customer-facing skills and the ability to communicate analytical and technical concepts with confidence and in an easy-to-understand fashion to a non-technical audience
- Strong ability to tell stories through data
- Willingness to travel extensively as part of the role.
