Our client is a well known International Freight Forwarder and they are now seeking a Customer Service Superstar to join their ever growing and dynamic Customer Service team. Based in the Northern Suburbs,you will be well placed to offer the very best service to your portfolio of clients.

**The Position**:
Due to an internal promotion a full time permanent position within a busy and professional Client Services Department has opened up.

You will be responsible for purchase order management, quoting, cargo tracking, collation of data to prepare reports for clients and internal departments, troubleshooting and ensuring your clients understand shipping processes relating to their import requirements.
