Bain & Company Australia is looking for an extraordinary Executive Assistant, Float to join our high-performing team in our Sydney or Melbourne office on a 12 month full time contract.

**The role**:
It will be expected the Float Assistant will be responsible for providing cover in the following areas:
- Complex diary management support for multiple leadership team (LT) members
- Schedule and rearrange meetings (internal and external) and prioritise accordingly, often across multiple time zones with multiple participants
- Communicate changes with Partners, Managers and other stakeholders as required
- Coordinate preparatory meetings and prepare any necessary paperwork and materials
- Manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Coordinate and manage complex domestic and international travel, including visas, transfers, accommodation, itineraries, travel documentation and any other required materials
- Expense management
- Maintain the Bain database (CRM) including regular updating of client contacts
- Provide adhoc administration support for LT and case teams as required
- Support the EA/MA team with any additional work overflow
**About you**:
- Previous experience as a senior personal assistant or executive assistant in professional services or other professional industry.
- Highly proficient managing complex diaries using Microsoft Outlook
- Exceptional communication and relationship building skills with the confidence to interact with a variety of stakeholders, both internal and external, in a professional manner
- Exceptional time management skills with a proven ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Proactive, solutions-focused and flexible, with high attention to detail
- A highly collaborative and adaptable team player who remains calm under pressure
