We have an exciting role to join our Oceania Business as a Supply Planner. There are opportunities to work with domestic or international suppliers, managing the network to meet our internal business and external Customer needs. You’ll be part of a team that delivers both operational results and strategic projects, driving process, cost, and business improvements.
**A day in the life of...**:
You’ll be part of a team that delivers both operational results and strategic projects, driving process, cost, and business improvements.
Some of your responsibilities include:
- Analyse and evaluate the 18-month supply plan to ensure our customer requirements are met
- Effectively collaborate across the business to bring new products to market
- Establishing stock policies, balance the need for product availability versus the need to minimise costs.
- Manage supply relationships through structured performance reviews and issue resolution
**What will make you successful**:
- Degree-qualification is desired
- Supply Planning experience within the FMCG industry is a plus
- You will have the ability to successfully drive and deliver projects and understand end-to-end processes
- SAP experience will be highly desirable and strong communication skills are a necessity.
- Experience in stakeholder management, influencing and interpersonal skills
- The right person must be proactive, thorough and detailed, with a high level of relationship building.
- You are a problem solver, proactive and strong in implementing sustainable solutions to address business needs and/or issues
- You will already have what it takes to understand customer requirements, inventory management and deliver process improvements.
- You’ll need strong commercial acumen and analytical skills
