**The role**

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Managing the end-to-end recruitment delivery for volume roles across a designated portfolio
- Sourcing and engaging with top talent and guiding them through our recruitment process
- Partnering closely with P&C Advisors and Hiring Leaders to understand future requirements
- Working with the broader Talent Acquisition team on projects

**About you**
- Solid volume, end-to-end recruitment experience from within an Internal Talent Acquisition / RPO team
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build great relationships with your stakeholders
- Exemplary time management skills coupled with customer service focused approach
- Experience from hospitality/retail/FMCG highly regarded
