**Purpose of the Position**

GHS Solutions has an exciting opportunity an experienced Workshop Supervisor responsible for overseeing a team of Boilermaker/Welders and Fitter/Machinists at our Geraldton workshop.

**Geographical Coverage**

Regional Western Australia, permanently based in Geraldton.

**Position Details**
- ** Role**: Working Supervisor to oversee 3 workers in a Geraldton workshop.
- ** Hours**: Up to 50 hours per week with flexible scheduling

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2 years supervisor or leading hand experience
- Trade Certificate (Fitting & Machining)
- Construction Industry White Card
- Current Police Clearance (obtained within the past 12 months)
- Current Driver's License

**Other Abilities**
- ** Technical Skills**: Experience with machining and operating machines, including Milling, Manual Lathe, CNC Programming, Hydraulic Press, and Balancing Machine.
- ** Work Ethic**: Ability to work independently with high motivation, energy, and commitment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- ** Desirable Qualifications**: High Risk LF, Dogging, WAH, EWP, MR Truck Licence, and experience with QAQC Management and paperwork.
- ** Safety & Compliance**: Familiarity with safe work systems, OHS, and mining standards, with the ability to supervise workshop and site activities safely.
- ** Project Support**: Assist with design input, estimating, tendering, innovation, and employee scheduling.
- ** Problem Solving**: Ability to actively solve problems and work unsupervised.
- ** Collaboration**: Open-mindedness and willingness to work collaboratively, support continuous improvement, and adapt to system management environments.
- ** Pre-Employment**: Must pass a pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol test.
