**About the role**:
**Mercedes-Benz Perth **(part of Eagers Automotive) is currently looking for a highly motivated and experienced **Service Advisor** to join our team in **Bentley**.

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for booking, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the dealership’s service department.

**This includes the following**:

- Answering customer enquiries regarding their vehicles service
- Up-selling additional service work
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Build relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Delivery quality customer service

The Service Advisor role is strongly customer-service focused, as well as having elements of sales, and automotive knowledge. Therefore, a background in these fields would be highly advantageous.

**About you**:

**You will ideally possess**:

- More than 4 years working in a service department
- Preferably have a technical background in vehicles
- Desire to deliver exceptional customer service
- Operate with a high level of integrity
- Superb interpersonal and organisational skills
