**Eagers Automotive (AHG)** have an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and passionate individual to join us as a **Service Advisor** at* WA Hino* in **Welshpool.** This role provides great earning potential - generous salary plus commission package

Reporting to the Service Manager, this role will be responsible for making service bookings, greeting, and managing daily customer relations for the Service Department.

**This includes the following**:

- Answering customer enquiries regarding their needs of vehicle service
- Quoting additional service work
- Ensuring all customer requirements are met
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Delivering exceptional customer service

**The Service Advisor role is strongly customer focused with elements of sales and automotive knowledge. Therefore, background in these fields would be highly advantageous but not essential.

**You will ideally possess**:

- Service Advisor experience (desirable but not essential)
- Drive to deliver exceptional customer service
- High level of integrity
- Superb interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Excellent organisational skills
