**The role**:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Coordinator / Construction Coordinator to join our team In this varied role you will be responsible for overseeing the construction, installation and upgrades of our media assets (bus shelters and retail signage). This includes:

- Attending site inspections, visits, conducting QA audits and ensuring stock levels onsite.
- Managing a team of subcontractors and ensuring they deliver on time and resolving any escalated issues or roadblocks.
- Collaborate with a national team of project and construction managers to ensure successful delivery
- Producing project and status reports, and providing updates to commercial team on project milestones and progress
- Liaising with external parties to obtain quotes and processing of invoices
- Coordination of stock including consignment and delivery to/from warehouse and site.

**Requirements**:
This role would suit a someone from a trade background who is experienced working with subcontractors (technicians, electricians, installers) within the engineering, construction, AV or IT industries. You’ll be confident in conducting site/QA checks and be meticulous with an eye for detail. You’ll have exceptional time management and organisational skills with the ability to work within tight deadlines. Communication is your strength as well as an expert collaborator who can bring together cross-functional teams to achieve outcomes. Intermediate MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PPT) is required. A dedicated team player who thrives on pro-activity and is enthusiastic with a can-do attitude Out Of Home industry knowledge and experience highly desirable.
