Electrical Supervisor

**EOI**: We are seeking a talented and experienced Electrical Construction and Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Perth, Western Australia.

This role will be offered on a 2/1 or 3/1 roster with the ongoing outlook of going fulltime.

**Responsibilities**:

- Supervise and oversee electrical construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
- Manage a team of electricians and maintenance technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure all materials and equipment are delivered on time
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems to identify and correct any issues
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure all electrical systems are operating efficiently
- Review and approve all project plans and designs, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and industry standards
- Manage rosters and resource allocation for projects.
- Conduct pre-start meetings and site walk downs.
- Complete ITR's and construction methodolodgys.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years' experience as Electrical Supervisor in the construction of mineral process plants and heavy industrial sectors, mining & oil and gas.
- WA Electrical licence
- Certificate IV In Electrical And Instrumentation
- High Voltage Switching Operations
- S26 Statutory Supervisor Training
- Current First Aid certificate with CPR & LVR
- Current Drivers Licence
- White card
- Current National Police clearance within 12 months
- Be able to pass a pre-employment medical including drug & alcohol screen
- Valid electrical license or certification
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read and technical drawings
- Knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Desired In-house nominee qualifications
