At Solwest Constructions, we specialise in delivering high-quality commercial projects across Western Australia. We're looking for an experienced and motivated Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team and support the successful delivery of multiple projects from start to finish.

About the Role

As the Project Coordinator, you'll work closely with our Project Managers and site teams to ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

Your day will include:

• Assisting with project planning, scheduling and documentation
• Preparing and managing project budgets and cost tracking
• Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and site logistics
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and progress reports
• Maintaining communication between clients, stakeholders and internal teams
• Supporting project reporting, compliance and quality assurance requirements

About You

To succeed in this role, you will have:

• Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or similar role within construction
• A minimum of 1-2 years of Project Coordinator experience in construction is required
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Sound knowledge of construction processes, WHS and documentation standards
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software (e.g. MS Project, Procore, Aconex or similar)

A qualification in Construction Management, Engineering or a related field will be highly regarded.
