**Full Job Description**
Join a well-respected organisation and be part of the Safety and well-being team in a role that will require you to manage a reasonable return to work portfolio.
You need to be engaging, hit the ground running, have experience in a similar role with the Vic state based WorkCover scheme.
Some of your duties will involve responding to new injuries, claims, building early intervention strategies, stakeholder management and of course RTW Planning and management.
**The following are desirable requirements**:
- Previous experience (3 years minimum) in providing Return-to-Work and/or Injury Management advice
- A Return-to-Work Coordinator Certificate
- A Cert IV in Injury Management
- Allied Health background
