**The Role**
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our payroll processes for over 600 employees nationwide.
**The key responsibilities include (but are not limited to) the following**:
- Assisting in the end-to-end preparation and administration of the weekly payroll for 600+ staff.
- Reviewing the accuracy of approved weekly timesheets, ensuring precision in payroll processing
- Acting as the main point of contact for managers and employees to address and resolve payroll-related inquiries
- Facilitate smooth onboarding processes for new employees and handle termination administration when required.
- Assisting the accounts team with ad hoc finance and administration support.
**To be successful in this role, you will need**:
- A strong understanding of payroll processes and proficiency in IT skills
- High attention-to-detail and accuracy
- A professional, friendly, and positive attitude
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Experience with PaysOnline is highly desirable
**To be eligible for this position you must have**:
- Demonstrated experience with payroll and time & attendance systems, including an understanding of end-to-end payroll processes.
- Ability to manage high-volume payrolls efficiently.
- Proven interpersonal and analytical skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with people at all levels within the organisation, and externally with stakeholders
- Experience in identifying and resolving compliance risks
