2609 Consulting is a rapidly growing company that offers consulting services to builders and subcontractors in the construction industry, ranging from high-level strategy to bookkeeping and data entry. We pride ourselves on being a reliable "remote office" for our clients, allowing them to focus on their trade while we handle their paperwork. While our primary focus is on the construction industry, we also extend our services to other businesses.

We are seeking a team member with a friendly and outgoing personality who enjoys customer relations work. As the first point of contact for our clients and their customers, you will have the opportunity to work across multiple companies and assist with a wide range of tasks. Based at our Fyshwick office, you will collaborate closely with management to help deliver excellent customer service. If you have experience in customer relations, this job is for you. Your responsibilities will include:

- Performing front-of-house reception duties
- Take bookings and orders;
- Acting as a point of contact for client queries and issues
- Support marketing activities with social media posts and management
- Help increase sales by follow up phone calls and contacting new leads
- Undertaking some bookkeeping and administration tasks

- The ability to learn new things.

**Salary**: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
