**Job Description**:
As a Material Sales and Customer Support Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive the best possible service. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

- Material Calculations: Calculate quantities of materials required based on customer needs and accurately provide customers with material lists.
- Drawing quotations: Prepare detailed quotations based on drawings provided by the company, ensuring that the quotations are accurate and in line with the client's requirements.
- Customer and Developer Communication: Communicate effectively with customers and developers to confirm material requirements, provide quotations, and respond to various inquiries.
- Quotation tracking and follow-up: Track the progress of quotation to ensure the smooth progress of each transaction.
- Product introduction: Introduce the various types of construction materials offered by the company to customers and help them understand the features and advantages of the products.
- Additional Responsibilities: During less busy periods, you may be required to assist with accounting tasks, warehouse organization, and contacting builders or wholesalers to explore potential business opportunities.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $44,483.01 - $53,299.59 per year
