**How will I Help?**

As a Customer Service Officer - Trade Finance, you will be the first point of contact for Westpac Trade customers to assist with their everyday needs for trade products and enquiries. You will play an essential role as part of the wider Trade Service & Operations team, assisting our international trade customer base by facilitating the effective processing of documentation, communication, and both domestic and international trade transactions.

You will be responsible for:

- Act as the central operational contact for all trade related queries.
- Owning the trade experience and providing a resolution to both internal and external clients.
- Processing international trade documentation and customer transactions in relation to Westpac trade finance.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Operating in accordance with Compliance & Privacy requirements and managing operational risk effectively.

**What do I need?**
- A background in customer service or administration is desired.
- Industry experience in Financial Services.
- Previous experience in Trade Finance is desirable but not essential.
- Excellent communication skills with a high attention to detail.
- A positive and enthusiastic approach to acquiring product and systems knowledge.
