**How will I Help?**

As the Trade Delivery Officer, you will have a key role in ensuring that Trade transactions are processed in accordance with international banking standards, that all transactions obligations have been met and that customer service levels are maintained at the highest level.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Manage customer requests in relation to Letters of Credit, Collections & Trade Finance products
- Ensuring transactions are within product policy and agreed customer service levels.
- First point of contact for our customers, managing customer expectations.

**What do I need?**
- Customer service/ administration skills with a positive attitude
- Previous experience across all aspects of Trade
- Relevant tertiary qualifications across Commerce ideally with a major in International Business and Trade/ Global Trade Management/ Trade and Economics
- High attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and communication skills
- Flexible team player approach
- team works standard shift between hours of 6am-8pm

You will be energetic and motivated, able to work well inside a group and broadly across our organisation with a positive and enthusiastic approach to acquiring product and systems knowledge
