THE OPPORTUNITY
A hybrid role based in Mulgrave and reporting to the Head of Operations, this position will be responsible for the management of all elements of Pest, Waste & Hygiene.

**In this role, your key responsibilities will include**:

- Collaborate with the commercial team to establish a contractual framework that improves financial and operational outcomes.
- Review and approve purchase orders and invoices, ensuring compliance with contracted scope, costs, and active site list.
- Actively identify opportunities for continual improvement within Pest, Waste & Hygiene services.
- Own the relationship between our pest, waste & hygiene vendors, City and our partner.
- Optimize service scope to reduce unnecessary expenditure and enhance sustainability.
- Develop SLAs and KPIs that effectively measure the desired operational outcomes.
- Ensure that vendors deliver existing scope across pest, waste & hygiene in compliance with regulatory and business expectations.

**To be considered for this role you will have / be**:

- 5+ years experience in managing Pest, Waste & Hygiene contracts and service delivery across a high volume national portfolio (essential)
- Experience of working with multiple stakeholders (essential)
- Excellent verbal and written skills (essential)
- Excellent analytical skills, problem solving, initiative and decision-making skills with an ability to multitask
- Self-motivated and ability to work in a high paced environment with a heavy workload
