Bloom Disability Network is seeking multiple experienced, responsible, professional and caring individuals to join our team in supporting a diverse range of clients.

Medical Conditions include:
Those who have suffered from:
Stroke
Brain Aneurysm
Early On-Set Dementia
Trauma Backgrounds

Great communication skills are essential in this role, as you will be reporting handovers and feedback regarding the patient to other staff members within the team.

20+ hours per week.

**Pay Rates**:
Weekday: $34 plus super

Saturday: $44 plus super

Sunday: $54 plus super

Public Holiday: $64 plus super

Passive Overnight: $130 for shift

To be elligable for this role, we require the following**:

- CERT III Aged Care/Disability Support/Other Nursing Qualifications**
**- Experience in Caring for Patients with Disabilities and/or Medical Conditions**
**- Manual Handling**
**- Medication Administration**
**- National Police Clearance**
**- First Aid Certificate**
**- Working with Vulnerable Persons Clearance**

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $34.00 - $54.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Morning shift
- Shift work

Supplemental pay types:

- Penalty rates

COVID-19 considerations:
Must be double vaccinated.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Evanston Gardens SA: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (required)
- Working with Children Check (required)
