**Job Description**:
customer experience at all times.
- Provide exceptional customer service for all internal and external customers
- Identify opportunities for other WBC group products
- Service existing policy holders
- Provide accurate information about our products and processes
- Take ownership of all customer requests and issues and follow through to ensure customer satisfaction
- Capture customer feedback including complaints in the appropriate systems
- Adhere to daily schedule

**Delight customers**
- Ensure a continuous focus on the customer experience as measured against BT satisfaction measures and external benchmarks
- Ensure that our customers are the focus of everything we do
- Display empathy at all times to customers who are calling in a time of need
- Understand and manage the customer’s expectations

**Manage Business Relationships**
- Effectively communicate any concerns to peers and the team through regular meetings
- Develop and maintain sound working relationships with stakeholders in relevant areas of Westpac & BT

Additional Information

Knowledge/Qualifications/ Experience
- Previous experience in a customer service role (desirable)
- Relevant industry qualifications (desirable)
- Tertiary qualification (desirable)

Technology Capabilities
- Microsoft Office Suite; Word, Excel, Outlook
- Mainframe Systems.
