A well-known company within the building and infrastructure industry based in Western Sydney is looking to hire an Allocator to work 5 days per week from the Western Sydney-based office.

***

**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Allocate next day staff to work sites based on project requirements and client demands
- Answer calls and ensure correct details are taken for allocation
- Enter details efficiently onto the system
- Maintain accurate records of allocations and schedule changes
- Respond to last minute staffing requests and emergencies promptly
- Collaborate with team members/project managers and supervisors
- Respond promptly to inquiries and requests

**About you**:

- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in scheduling
- Ability to make quick decisions and adapt to changing circumstances
- Experience in an high volume allocator role required
- Permanent resident/citizens only
