**The Company**:
Due to an internal promotion there has been a new opportunity created for a Finance Officer. Your role will be to process AP invoices in a timely manner whilst assisting the AR/Credit Control team. You will be experienced in using Large ERP and be a strong user of Excel.

**Duties**:

- High volume AP processing
- Exposure to the AR function
- Credit control experience
- Ensure timely processing of weekly settlements with Agents, including the processing of any settlement adjustments, cash advances, and other accounting-related agency queries
- Handle any supplier discrepancies
- Ensure bank reconciliation accounts reconciles against the General Ledger monthly
- Monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Weekly payment run prep
- Ad-hoc duties as set by the Financial Controller

**Skills & Experience Required**:

- Experience in high vol AP & AR processing is essential
- ERP experience required
- Strong MS Excel skills
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Able to work efficiently as part of a team
