We offer a full range of integrated services, including strategy development, stakeholder engagement, behaviour and culture change programs and issues and crisis communications support. We work with some of the world’s largest brands including Samsung, Twitter, Microsoft, Atlassian, AstraZeneca, Merck, Netflix, PwC and American Express as well as other multinational companies, start-ups and scaleups, helping our clients tell their stories consistently and effectively to customers, the media and other stakeholders. We also work with governments including Ministers, Departments and Agencies to help deliver major policy initiatives and reforms.
**ABOUT THE ROLE**
As a coordinator in our business, you will be involved in absolutely everything and experience variety across the full breadth of our work.
- You’ll be nimble and agile as you turn your hand to something new almost every day - bringing a can-do attitude to whatever your task
- You’re building networks across teams, learning about our clients, gaining new knowledge about the tools of our trade - and you’re not afraid to ask for help when you need it
- You’re somebody who wants to learn about the full breadth of work we do
- You’ll understand how earned communications is best integrated across media, digital and social
- You’ll have a thirst for research that helps you and your teams deliver client insights
- You’ll use these to support the development of everything from media pitches to social copy
- You’ll want to know who’s who in the national and industry media landscape
- You’ll be taking calls from journalists and flagging outcomes with your teams
- You’ll enjoy getting into the details of monitoring and reporting what’s going on
- And playing with tools that make life easier for you, your clients and your teams
**ABOUT YOU**
- Passion for the technology and b2b space
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as strong research and analytical skills
- Bachelor’s degree in communications or PR internship background preferred
- Understanding and interest of the field of public relations and the broader marketing communications landscape
- Ability to think about how to bring stories to life through more than earned communications
- Understanding how we link channels and messages for brand awareness and lead generation
