**About Our Client**:

This position is responsible for the day-to-day management of purchase orders, invoices and will provide general support to the broader finance team. This position will work to provide key stakeholders with accurate and timely financial information and to ensure adherence with internal controls, policies and procedures within their areas of responsibility.

Other key responsibilities include:

- Raising purchase orders, coding invoices and reconciling vendor accounts
- Assisting in budget and forecast processes
- Ensure adherence to organisations obligations under relevant legislation's
- Any ad-hoc tasks

**The Successful Applicant**:
To be a successful applicant, you will have:

- High system proficiency, previous experience of working with ERP systems
- Sound knowledge and good understanding of accounting principals
- Experience with expenses that pertain to service contracts
- Advanced user in Microsoft Excel
