Our focus is on supporting SMEs and startups by providing them with the services and products necessary for their success. We currently run 7+ shows internationally. We are expanding rapidly and are now established within Sydney for TBSAu.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Social Sales Executive at TBSAu in Sydney. You will be responsible for researching and contacting companies via social media, sales software, and other digital-based channels. Work closely alongside our Senior Sales Executives on a 1 to 1 basis together, growing & developing an active pipeline by generating refined leads and meetings.

**Salary**: $52,000 ($76,000 OTE)

**Responsibilities include**:

- Proactively utilise multiple methods to identify a strong pipeline of new business.
- Bringing in revenue through selling exhibition stand space & sponsorship opportunities.
- Generating interest through social platforms.
- Generating business via cold calling, networking, and social selling.
- Proactively seek out emerging prospecting opportunities by keeping up to date with industry trends.

**Required Skills & Experience**:
**Strong communication and interpersonal skills**
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Competency across social media platforms, and search engines
- Knowledge of the business events industry is beneficial but not required

**Additional pay**:

- **OTE of $2000 per month**
