Our focus is on supporting SMEs and startups by providing them with the services and products necessary for their success. We currently run 7+ shows internationally. We are expanding rapidly and are now established within Sydney for TBSAu.

**Role Description**

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Event Manager at TBSAu in Sydney. You will be the go-to, face of the business when obtaining, developing, and closing new and existing business. This role will also see you working closely alongside our Senior Sales Executives and once the performance is approved, gain the responsibility of your own lead generator.

This role will provide you the opportunity to professionally develop your skills and your package. Progression benefits include the supply of a lead generator, and a basic salary increase of up to $2,000 per target hit, plus sales-based commission to significantly increase your earnings.

**Salary**: $52,000 ($120,000-$150,000 OTE)

**Responsibilities include**:

- Proactively utilise multiple methods to identify a strong pipeline of new business.
- Bringing in revenue through selling exhibition stand space & sponsorship opportunities.
- Generating interest through social platforms.
- Generating business via cold calling, networking and social selling.
- Proactively seek out emerging prospecting opportunities through keeping up to date with industry trends.

**Required Skills & Experience**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
- Competency across social media platforms, search engines
- Knowledge of the business events industry is beneficial but not required

**Additional pay: OTE of $4,000-$8,000 Per Month**
