Due to extensive growth, we are currently seeking a

**ABOUT THE ROLE**
- Manage HSE duties to support an injury and incident free workplace.
- Maintain and foster a working environment which promotes a positive proactive safety culture.
- Implement HSE initiatives.
- Facilitate site-based project inductions and awareness training.
- Conduct internal audits and workplace inspections.
- Facilitating compliance with hazard and materials risks management.
- Communicate HSE expectations and requirements during pre-start and client meetings.
- Provide immediate support for incident investigations, hazard management and follow-up on closeout actions.

**ABOUT YOU**
- Minimum Cert IV HSE or Diploma in OHS
- Incident investigation experience (Investigations training desirable
- Sound knowledge of risk management.
- Demonstrated FIFO experience in the mining and resource sector.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
- Certificate IV in Training & Assessment and Lead Auditor qualification desirable.
